Account and subscription information

You can create a VPNRL account with a username and password; no email address is required. Your username identifies your account, and your login credentials verify access. Keep your credentials secure. If you use the user panel on a shared device, log out when you are finished.

Once you activate a subscription, the service associates it with your selected plan, order status, subscription status and summarized data usage. This information lets the user panel display your benefits, verify orders and handle service requests. These account and billing records are used to provide the subscription and are not records of your website visits. If you voluntarily include a problem description or other information in a support ticket, it will be used only to understand and address that request. Please avoid including personal information unrelated to the issue.

Connection activity and our no-logs policy

VPNRL follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain connection logs that could reveal their destinations. Summarized data usage is needed to display and verify subscription use; it is not a site-by-site browsing history. Website analytics are also handled separately from the content accessed through international routes.

The no-logs policy applies to users’ browsing content and connection activity; it does not mean the service can avoid retaining account, order or support ticket information. To check subscription status or resolve a billing issue, VPNRL uses the account and transaction records needed for that purpose, not records of browsing destinations.

Cookies, local storage and website analytics

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain essential settings, such as login sessions and language preferences, so they remain in place as you move between pages. Your browser lets you view and clear site data. After clearing it, you may need to log in again or select your preferences again.

VPNRL may measure page visits and referral sources on its marketing website to understand what content could be improved. This analytics data concerns website usage; it is not used to build a list of websites users visit through subscription routes. Website analytics and subscription connection activity serve different purposes.

Payments and necessary information sharing

VPNRL supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. When you choose a payment method, the information needed to complete the transaction is handled by the relevant payment provider under its own privacy policy. VPNRL retains the corresponding order and payment outcome records to confirm payment, provide the subscription, verify transactions and handle refunds.

To complete a payment or resolve a dispute, necessary order information may be shared between VPNRL and the relevant payment provider. VPNRL does not treat order details obtained during payment as records of users’ browsing activity, and choosing a payment method does not change the no-logs policy described above.

Retention periods and deletion requests

Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, display subscription benefits and handle account requests. Order information is retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, reconcile accounts and resolve related disputes. Support ticket content is retained while needed to handle the request. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Records that must be retained under applicable law are handled as required.

To review, correct or request deletion of account-related information, log in and submit a support ticket in the user panel, specifying the category of information you want addressed. VPNRL will first verify the request’s connection to the account, then handle it in light of the subscription, any pending transactions and applicable retention requirements. If certain order records cannot yet be deleted, VPNRL will explain why. Clearing browser site data removes only local data on your device; it does not replace a request to delete account information.

Policy updates

If service processes or data handling practices change, VPNRL will update this page and the last-updated month at the top. Review the current version before submitting account information, using payment features or making a data request.
