Service Scope

VPNRL provides a network access subscription service for cross-border connections and access to international websites. The service covers 110+ countries / 210+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, exit regions, and connection performance may vary with network conditions and maintenance. Route listings show available service resources and do not guarantee continuous access to any particular region, website, or app.

Users should choose a plan and routes according to their needs, and review the plan’s data allowance, reset schedule, and validity rules before use. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data bundles remain available until used and do not expire. The service provides route connectivity but is not responsible for third-party websites’ or apps’ account eligibility, content availability, regional policies, or operating status.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription links secure and are responsible for activity carried out through their account. If credentials or a subscription link may have been obtained by someone else, update the relevant information promptly and contact support through the user panel.

A subscription allows an unlimited number of simultaneous connections for the account holder’s own devices. This does not permit reselling routes, publicly sharing subscription links, or using one account as a shared access service for others. Users may not split, rent, or transfer subscription benefits to another person. If usage clearly exceeds personal subscription use, VPNRL may review the circumstances and take action under these terms.

Plan fees, data allowances, and upgrade rules are set out on the Plans & Pricing page. Users should check their expected usage before choosing a plan. For a mid-term upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Account details, subscription information, and order records are available in the user panel, where subscription links should also be obtained.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and where the services they access are located. Users are responsible for determining the applicable terms for websites, apps, and content. VPNRL provides network connectivity; it does not authorize illegal activity or replace the usage rules set by third-party platforms.

Users must not use the service for fraud, violations of others’ rights, distributing illegal content, or disrupting the normal operation of networks or systems. Automated abuse and malicious probing that affect other users’ connection experience are also prohibited. VPNRL may take necessary steps in response to use that may violate these terms or applicable law and, where appropriate, comply with lawful requests.

Availability and Account Actions

Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, destination services, device settings, and route maintenance. VPNRL maintains its routes and subscription features but does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or continuous availability of any particular third-party service. Access issues caused by device faults, local network disruptions, changes to third-party services, or other circumstances beyond VPNRL’s reasonable control will be handled according to the circumstances.

Users may stop using the service and manage their accounts and subscriptions through the user panel. If an account is used for resale, public subscription sharing, illegal purposes, or ongoing activity that disrupts service operation, VPNRL may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account as appropriate. Where circumstances allow, an explanation will be provided through the user panel before action is taken. This does not apply to security risks or cases requiring prompt action by law.

Terms Updates and Refund Guidance

VPNRL may update these terms when the service scope or applicable rules change and will note the update month on this page. Important changes to how users can use the service will be communicated through available on-site channels. Updated terms take effect when published. Review any changes before continuing to use the service; if you disagree, you may stop using it.
